Background: Village administrative services are a fundamental aspect of village governance and the form of public service closest to citizens. Teja Village, Rajagaluh Sub-district, Majalengka Regency, as the frontline unit of government, provides population administration, correspondence, and social community services. Objectives: This study aims to describe the implementation of village administrative services in Teja Village, including their supporting and inhibiting factors, and to measure community satisfaction with these services. Method: A descriptive convergent mixed-methods design was employed. Qualitative data were collected through semi-structured interviews with village officials and residents, observation, and documentation, and were analysed thematically; quantitative data were obtained from a satisfaction questionnaire completed by 100 service users and analysed using descriptive statistics. Results: The results indicate that services have been implemented in accordance with applicable regulations and standard operating procedures and are supported by friendly and communicative officials, but they are constrained by limited human resources, largely manual administration, and insufficient dissemination of service procedures. Community satisfaction falls in the satisfied category (overall mean 2.13 on a three-point scale), with the highest score for staff friendliness (2.28) and the lowest for service facilities (1.97) and clarity of information (2.09). Conclusion: The study contributes by combining user-satisfaction measurement with contextual qualitative evidence, and it recommends open publication of service requirements, improved facilities, and gradual digitalisation of village administration.
